Over the years, Seafront has built its reputation as a leading terminal operator.

Seafront was incorporated in 2006, but only operational from 1st January 2007. We started out as pure freight forwarders. Since then, several companies have been incorporated through acquisition  and some have been disposed.

All the forwarding activities were placed in the company Pentagon Freight Services AS (Seafront Group AS owned 50% of the company) between 2012 and 2019. In the autumn of 2024, Seafront Group AS sold their shares in Pentagon.

The port service and port haulage activities have a long tradition in Seafront. With the purchase of KST Terminal AS from DFDS, we can track the roots back to stevedoring and terminal activity in the Port of Kristiansand for almost 150 years.

Subsequently with the purchase of Årikstad Transport, we have been providing port haulage service in the port for more than 60 years.

Seafront bought Larvik based company Bugge & Olsen AS in 2013 and in 2024 the company Norsteve AS in Oslo also entered into the Seafront family. These two companies, together with the Kristiansand-based activities, are the cornerstone in our Oslofjord operations

Seafront’s ownership in Sandnes Havneterminal AS dates back to 2021.

Seafront is today a 100% independent provider of port service operations.
